These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and rjabaji ("rjabaji", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all access to and use of the rjabaji website at rjabaji.net, including all games, betting markets, promotional features, payment services, and customer support channels.

rjabaji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified by email or by an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of rjabaji following any such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date shown in the hero section of this page reflects the most recent revision.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute arising from a translation of these Terms into any other language, the English version shall prevail in all circumstances.

By using rjabaji you also confirm that you have read and agree to our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on rjabaji, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

rjabaji conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification on all accounts before any withdrawal is processed. • Your full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued identification).
• A valid email address that you own and have regular access to.
• A valid Bangladeshi mobile number capable of receiving SMS verification.
• Your date of birth.
• Your preferred payment method (bKash number, Nagad number, or other supported channel).

You are responsible for keeping your registration information current. If any of your details change — including your mobile number or email address — you must update your account profile promptly. rjabaji is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details, including losses resulting from communications sent to an outdated email address or phone number.

Your rjabaji account credentials (username and password) are strictly personal. You must not share your login details with any other person. rjabaji will never contact you by email, live chat, phone, or any other channel to request your password. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team immediately at [email protected].

rjabaji accounts are intended for personal recreational use only. Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform — including for placing bets, claiming bonuses, or navigating the game interface — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a basis for immediate account closure.

rjabaji supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels for players in Bangladesh:

The following general rules apply to all rjabaji bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• The maximum stake that may be placed using bonus funds on any single bet or spin is ৳500, unless the individual promotion specifies a different limit.

rjabaji employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, systematic exploitation of free spin mechanics, coordinated multi-account bonus farming, and use of third-party software to identify or exploit promotional loopholes. Where bonus abuse is detected, rjabaji reserves the right to void all associated bonus funds and winnings and to permanently close the offending account without prior notice.

Disputes relating to bonus eligibility or wagering calculations must be raised with the rjabaji support team within 14 days of the relevant promotion ending. Disputes raised outside this window may not be considered.

All games and betting markets available on rjabaji are governed by the rules of the individual game provider or sports data supplier, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between a game provider's rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail in relation to account-level matters (deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, account standing), while the game provider's rules shall govern the specific outcome of a game or betting event.

Casino Games: All casino games on rjabaji — including slots, live dealer tables, and virtual games — use certified random number generators (RNGs) supplied and audited by the relevant game provider (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others). rjabaji does not alter, override, or influence the outcome of any game. • The bet was placed after the event outcome was already determined (late bet).

In-play (live) betting markets are suspended automatically at certain game moments (for example, during cricket wickets or penalty kicks in football) and may be suspended by rjabaji's trading team at any time if the integrity of the market is in question. Bets placed during an unintended market opening due to a feed delay may be voided at rjabaji's discretion.

Winnings from casino games and sports bets are credited to your rjabaji account wallet immediately upon settlement. Cash balances (not bonus balances) are available for withdrawal subject to the conditions described in Section 4 of these Terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rjabaji platform:

• Fraud and Money Laundering: Using rjabaji to launder proceeds of crime, process fraudulent payment transactions, or circumvent financial reporting requirements under any applicable law.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other competitive game format available on rjabaji.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to interact with rjabaji's game lobby, place bets, claim bonuses, or perform any other action that a human player would perform manually.
• Chargeback Abuse: Filing fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or mobile financial service provider after receiving services or winning funds on rjabaji.
• Exploitation of Technical Errors: Knowingly exploiting software bugs, display errors, pricing errors, or any other technical malfunction to gain an unintended advantage.

• Harassment: Sending abusive, threatening, or discriminatory communications to rjabaji staff or other players via any channel.

rjabaji cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in Bangladesh and internationally in relation to investigations involving fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, or any other criminal activity connected to the use of our platform. We are required by our compliance obligations to report certain suspicious transactions and activities to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.

rjabaji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and for any legitimate reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, failure to complete KYC verification, suspected fraud or money laundering activity, account inactivity, or at the player's own request.

Voluntary Closure: You may request to close your rjabaji account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before your account is closed, any remaining cash balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to standard KYC checks.

Self-Exclusion: Players who feel that they need a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or a permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be locked and you will not be able to log in, deposit, place bets, or receive promotional communications from rjabaji. Self-exclusion requests should be submitted to [email protected] and will be actioned within 24 hours.

Dormant Accounts: An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. rjabaji may charge a monthly account maintenance fee of ৳200 on dormant accounts after the initial 12-month inactivity period. You will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in to rjabaji; no fee is charged for reactivation.

Appeals: If your account has been suspended or closed by rjabaji and you believe this action was taken in error, you may submit a written appeal to [email protected] within 30 days of receiving notification of the closure. rjabaji will review all good-faith appeals and respond within 10 business days. During an active appeal, rjabaji will retain any funds in the account pending the outcome of the review.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through rjabaji's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the jurisdiction agreed between the parties in writing. rjabaji is committed to fair resolution of all player disputes and will always attempt to reach an amicable outcome before any formal proceedings are initiated.
